Stress@Work
Stress @ work is an initiative included in the "Turn-out burnout" project, funded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). The project aims to develop high-tech services for the prevention of stress and the phenomena of job burnout.
In Trento, the project involves the research center CREATE-NET, carrying out research tasks and Trento RISE, responsible for the coordination of the territorial experimentation.
The project aims to collect personal data concerning the levels of stress and well-being of the person during their working activity and make them available to researchers in order to develop algorithms to monitor and prevent the risk of burnout.
The data is automatically collected by a special application installed on mobile phones that are given to groups of workers.
Currently the experimentation is carried out in collaboration with the provincial agency for the family, birth and youth policies and with some organizations concerned with the issue of corporate welfare.
